Leadership
Meet the people shaping the training, culture, and future of Shogun Striking.

Founder & CEO
Tommy H. is the founder and CEO of Shogun Striking, a Muay Thai gym built on discipline, technique, and community. With more than 10 years of dedicated Muay Thai training, he brings hands-on experience to both his coaching and the culture he has built inside the gym.
Outside the gym, Tommy holds a degree in Business from the University of California, Riverside and serves as a general manager overseeing three facilities in the gas industry. His experience leading teams and managing operations informs the structure, accountability, and results-focused approach he brings to Shogun Striking.
Tommy founded Shogun Striking to give people a place to train hard, build confidence, and become stronger in and out of the gym. Whether someone is stepping onto the mats for the first time or preparing for competition, his leadership sets a clear standard: respect the work, support the team, and keep improving.

CTO & CMO
Ceaser is the CTO and CMO of Shogun Striking, leading the gym's technology and marketing alongside his friend and Shogun Striking founder Tommy H. A former NCAA Division II football player in West Virginia, Ceaser brings the same discipline, preparation, and drive to the gym that he brought to the field.
Ceaser is a senior lead verification engineer at Boeing in El Segundo, where he verifies complex aerospace systems against demanding performance and safety standards. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Software Engineering. He is also completing his MBA at UCLA Anderson, with an expected graduation in June 2028.
That combination of engineering precision and business strategy shapes his work at Shogun Striking. Ceaser is building the systems, technology, and brand that support the gym's growth. Outside of work, he stays active through hiking and strength training, carrying the same commitment to discipline into every part of his life.
